We are seeking individuals to provide person-centred care and support to our clients, ensuring they are supported with daily living and lifestyle requirements.
This role involves assisting with personal care, domestic assistance, social support and transportation, as well as monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress.
Our Support Workers work flexibly and independently, supporting a diverse range of customers. They have access to training and development opportunities, including free online learning tools and programs, as well as ongoing support and advice from experienced staff.
To be successful in this role, candidates will need to hold a Certificate III or above in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability, and have current Australian Federal Police Clearance, CPR/First Aid Certificate, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and a valid driver's licence. They will also need to have reliable vehicle insurance and a smartphone with internet access.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
They will be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively, working autonomously with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills are essential for this role.
Support Workers will also require the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
