* Social Worker (Level 3) : $116,892.00 - $120,680.00 per annum
In addition to base salary, all roles attract 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

Fairfield Community Mental Health Service is seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Professional to provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary community mental health team. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership, supervision and service development responsibilities. You will deliver advanced, evidence based, strengths focused and recovery oriented assessment and treatment while carrying a clinical caseload aligned to service needs. As a senior clinician, you will mentor and supervise staff and students, contribute specialist expertise to team decision making, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance consumer outcomes and service delivery.
Are You the Right Fit?
You are an experienced mental health clinician with a strong commitment to recovery oriented, consumer centred practice and collaborative care. You bring demonstrated leadership and clinical supervision skills and are confident supporting and mentoring staff within a multidisciplinary environment. You have sound knowledge of psychiatric medications and the NSW Mental Health Act 2007, and consistently practice in a legal, ethical and professional manner. You are resilient, solutions focused and highly organised, with excellent communication and documentation skills. You value partnerships with consumers, families, carers and community agencies, and are motivated to lead service improvement through evidence based practice and quality frameworks.
Selection Criteria

* Relevant qualification/ registration in one of the disciplines, as noted in the essential criteria (please refer to the position description)
* Describe a situation where you provided clinical leadership and supervision while delivering advanced, recovery oriented assessment and treatment to consumers in a community mental health setting.
* Provide an example of how you led or contributed to service improvement through quality improvement processes in a mental health service.
* Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
