Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the severity of damage and allocate repairs accordingly.
* Determine the feasibility of repairs versus replacement of damaged parts and order the necessary components.
* Create purchase orders, process invoices, and adjust estimates as required.
* Ensure accurate recording and documentation of repair processes in relevant systems.
Requirements
* Relevant experience in the automotive repair industry, including repairs, refinishing, assembly, technician, and dismantling.
* Good literacy skills and ability to follow documented methods.
* Proficient computer skills, with the ability to construct and respond to professional emails.
* A proven ability to work within timeframes, motivate teams, and prioritize safety above all else.
