The successful applicant will lead the operation of our school, focusing on workforce development, human resource management, building and facilities management, and financial planning.
This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, administration, parents, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team to achieve strategic objectives
* Develop effective workforce development strategies
* Provide guidance on HR, building, facilities management, and financial planning
Eligibility Requirements:
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting
