We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Donor Mobile Unit team in regional Victoria. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our donors.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with 40 hours per fortnight across 2 weeks a month. The role involves working varied shifts on a rotating roster from Monday to Saturday and requires flexibility to work at different locations across regional VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and interview potential donors to assess their eligibility and suitability to donate
">
* Conduct routine blood pressure and haemoglobin tests, set up machines, and collect whole blood, plasma, and platelets
">
* Provide clinical oversight and guide other team members in the blood collection process, managing adverse donor reactions as needed
">
* Maintain accurate records and provide support to donors post-donation
">

Requirements:

* Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
">
* Familiarity with phlebotomy procedures and equipment
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
">
* Valid driver's license
