We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision of becoming industry leaders in providing healthcare solutions for everyday Australians.
About the Role:
As a Retail Manager, you will:
- Assist customers with general pharmacy inquiries.
- Support the dispensary with scripts in/out.
- Manage retail stock control effectively.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Chempro policies and procedures.
- Handle merchandising and multi-task across various pharmacy areas.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Position starting late October.
Key Requirements:
- Prior pharmacy experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems (MINFOS software experience is advantageous).
- Understanding of loyalty programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice.
