We are seeking an experienced Carpark Manager to lead our team at a major airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of car park facilities.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide quality customer service to airport patrons.
* Lead a small team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
* Manage curb-side and ground transport areas.
* Manage rosters to meet operational needs.
* Field customer enquiries and communications.
* Engage with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
* Recruit and train new staff members.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a retail environment providing customer service.
* Leadership experience is preferred.
* A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* A willingness to learn and grow.
* Good computer literacy skills, including proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Office applications.
* A valid full Driver's license with excellent driving skills.
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
