Sales Engineer - Energy & Infrastructure - Full Time - Perth City, Australia

We are looking for a Sales Engineer – Energy & Infrastructure to join our FE_Energy team in Australia.


Your main tasks and responsibilities:

* Drive customer engagement across Australia & Oceania, fostering strong relationships through direct and digital interactions.
* Execute strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with sustainability, digital innovation, and energy transition initiatives.
* Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with global standards and project requirements.
* Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and high‑growth sectors.
* Maintain performance reporting, contribute to continuous improvement, and meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaborate across global and local teams to drive innovation, share insights, and enhance customer‑centric solutions.


To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).
* Industry‑related experience, including complex tenders and contract negotiation.
* Background in quality assurance/management and knowledge of quality standards systems.
* Trusted relationship and stakeholder management, customer‑oriented mindset.
* Business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
* Clear communication, strong negotiation, and persuasive skills.
* Ability to travel regularly for customer visits.
