Keystone People Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on
Recruiter / HR Coordinator
to be embedded within one of our key clients in the mining sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle while also supporting HR operations on site.
What you'll be doing
- End-to-end recruitment across both
blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Building candidate pipelines and managing all aspects of the recruitment process
- Coordinating and delivering
onboarding
and
inductions
for recent hires
- Supporting HR administration, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver timely workforce solutions
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in
internal or agency recruitment
(mining/resources sector experience highly regarded)
- Ability to manage
high-volume recruitment
while also supporting professional/white-collar searches
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across HR admin and compliance
- A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and managers
- Ready to \"hit the ground running\" in a busy and dynamic environment
