We are currently seeking to fill 12.32 FTE across the hospital site.
The AcuteCare Service/ Surgical/ Maternity Directorate offers equally rewarding opportunities, with:
- CoveWard – General Medical
- WhelanWard – General Medical, Rehabilitation, and Palliative Care
- Emergency Department, with approximately 125 presentations each day. Here, you’ll find a supportive team working across our Short Stay Unit, Treatment Unit, and Main Floor – providing care when patients need us most.
- BarkerWard – Surgical/Medical care with a dedicated Nurse Specialist Unit
- A12-bedded Maternity Ward and three Labour Suites, plus outpatient maternity care
- Permanent pool, applicants will be appointed to permanent contracts in this pool where you will be allocated daily to work across different wards/departments throughout the hospital.

- which ward/area you would like to work in.
