Role responsibilities:
* Our clients will require assistance in personal care, domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation, compression stockings, medication prompting, hoist etc.
* Availability between Monday - Sunday from 7am-4pm.
* Support clients in our community needing assistance with social support, transport to appointments and community outings.
* Provide personal care to clients with dignity and respect such as assisting with showering, grooming and dressing.
* Continue to support clients to live in their own home by providing help with their meal preparation, cleaning and most importantly, companionship.
What we are looking for:
* A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST.
* Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is a MUST.
* Willingness to learn new skills on the job through training.
* Experience in either disability or aged care is a MUST.
* A valid driver's license and own vehicle is a MUST.
* Current First Aid certificate (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
* Current Police Check (mandatory) or willing to obtain.
* NDIS Worker screening check or willing to obtain.
* Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
