In this role you will:
* Collaborate with national teams on leading insolvency projects, both large and medium in scale.
* Engage in restructuring and turnaround initiatives, including early intervention efforts like independent business evaluations, safe harbour consultations, assessments of financial sustainability, counterparty examinations, and liquidity analyses.
* Pursue your interests within specific sectors with the encouragement of the senior leadership team, seizing chances to broaden your knowledge and skills.
* Take advantage of the opportunity to work alongside other teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* A degree in commerce, economics, or law (or a similar qualification).
* 6-10 years of relevant experience with a solid history of high performance in restructuring/advisory work either on behalf of creditors or distressed companies.
* A willingness to obtain certification if they don't already have it.
* Talent for numerical and descriptive analysis, and enthusiasm about contributing positively to our community.
* Proven leadership abilities with a positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to exceptional client service, personal development, and fostering an inclusive team culture
