Make an impact at Serco
As a Head Gardener, you'll lead the delivery of high‐quality horticultural services across beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. You'll coordinate daily operations, guide your team, and ensure gardens are presented to a high standard all year round. Working closely with the Horticulture Supervisor, you'll bring your expertise to planning and maintaining vibrant landscapes. Your leadership will help create safe, welcoming environments for the community.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have
* Minimum Certificate III in Horticulture or similar
* A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management and horticultural practices
* Experience leading or supervising teams in a hands‐on environment
* The ability to plan work programs and manage seasonal priorities
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving garden maintenance issues
