">About the Job:

As an eCommerce & CRM Specialist, your primary focus will be owning and optimizing our email marketing strategy, including the creation, management, and performance analysis of our trade emails. You'll collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, technology, and analytics teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and loyalty.

* Create, schedule, and manage trade emails aligned with key promotions and product launches.
* Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize email performance and content.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and seamlessly bring campaigns online and through email marketing.
">Digital & Content Strategy:
">
* Implement a digital and content marketing plan to drive increased engagement and conversion rates.
* Project manage online campaigns and promotional activities, including briefing in assets, building EDMs, and tracking key dates for on-time delivery.
* Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates.
* Create and oversee ARLs (Asset Request Lists) for campaigns.
">CRM & Loyalty:

* Develop and implement customer-led strategies in conjunction with Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Technology, and Data Insights teams.
* Support CRM Manager in CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, to build and retain customer relationships. As well as growing the subscriber database through tactical acquisition campaigns.
">Analytics & Reporting:

* Analyse and report on the ROI of campaign outcomes.
* Conduct post-campaign reporting with actionable insights.
* Track and analyze key metrics to refine future strategies.
">SEO & Growth Opportunities:
">
* Drive SEO through blogs and optimized product descriptions.
* Explore and pursue affiliate marketing opportunities with digital marketing team.
">Key Requirements:
">
* 2–3 years of ecommerce or CRM experience, ideally in fashion or retail.
* Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
* Basic understanding of SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
