Responsibilities
* Design engaging play‐based programmes and guide the planning cycle
* Support reflective practice for educators
* Coach and mentor educators to build capability and confidence
* Embed the EYLF and NQS across daily practice
* Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
* Contribute to a warm, collaborative and child‐centred culture
Qualifications
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent) completed before October 2025
* Minimum twelve months of room or team leadership experience in an Australian early‐learning service
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, plus a valid Blue Card
* Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
* Confidence in mentoring, family engagement and navigating challenging conversations
* Full‐time availability, ideally on a rotating roster
