About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager (Cyber) to join our client's team. The successful candidate will lead the change management efforts within a Cyber Security Program Uplift.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the successful adoption of key program initiatives within the Cyber Security Program Uplift
2. Understanding change theory and change fundamentals, and bringing people on the journey
3. Being super detailed and organized to ensure nothing gets missed
4. Hitting all key change milestones
5. Building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving the adoption of new behaviors
6. Developing and implementing a comprehensive change and communications strategy to support project outcomes
7. Leading stakeholder engagement, change planning, and readiness activities aligned with the client's change management framework
8. Delivering clear, impactful communication and training to enable seamless transitions
9. Assessing and managing business readiness throughout the project lifecycle
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new behaviors
2. Familiarity with cyber security change projects (a plus)
3. Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and methodologies
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives and complex stakeholders
6. Analytical and problem-solving skills to address change resistance and risks
7. High degree of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability
8. Good understanding of design-led change management
9. Passion, diligence, hard work, and exceptional communication skills
