Job Title: Talent Management Assistant
The role of the Talent Management Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Talent Managers and their clients in their daily activities.
* Supporting talent managers with diary management, coordinating logistics for talent engagements, booking travel and managing invitations and RSVPs.
* Providing confidential secretarial support and devise office filing systems.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting talent managers with administrative tasks, providing support with client relations, coordinating logistics for talent engagements, managing invitations and RSVPs, developing and maintaining office systems and providing confidential secretarial support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, proven ability to liaise with various industry contacts at all levels of seniority, commitment to excellence in client service management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients and proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
