About the role
This role combines content creation and on the ground brand activations. You'll be working across social, campaigns, and live events, helping bring Faction Labs to life both online and in person.
What you'll be doing
* Content Creation: Assist in creating video, photo, and graphic content for social media, website, and campaigns
* Execution: Take ideas from concept through to finished content
* Product Activations: Support and attend retail activations, events, and brand pop ups
* Social Media: Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing content
* Campaign Support: Help build email campaigns and digital marketing assets
* Research: Stay across fitness, supplement, and content trends, and identify opportunities
What we're looking for
* Interest in fitness, supplements, or performance lifestyle
* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content
* Ability to shoot and or edit content (phone or camera both valued)
* Someone who can execute ideas, not just suggest them
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Available for occasional weekend and evening activations
* Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transport (role is based in Yatala)
