About The Role
We’re looking for a Social & Digital Content Producer to help shape the online presence of our brands, Nimble and Fair Go Finance. This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll film, edit, design, and publish content that grows our social channels and strengthens brand engagement.
If you’re confident producing video, designing social-ready assets, and managing campaigns from start to finish, this role offers the chance to build your portfolio and make a real impact with two national brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow and manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms).
* Plan, create and publish engaging content such as video, graphics, and copy aligned with brand and campaign goals.
* Design and deliver digital assets such as EDM banners, paid social variants, and landing page imagery.
* Coordinate campaigns with agencies and internal teams to keep activity on track.
* Contribute to the content calendar, ensuring all output is fresh, compliant, and on-brand.
* Support website activity through content updates, QA, and metadata.
About You
You have at least three years’ experience in social media and digital content, with a passion for digital marketing and creative execution. You enjoy being hands-on with content production but are also organised enough to coordinate projects and campaigns. This role is ideal if you’re looking to showcase your creative skills, expand your portfolio, and grow into broader responsibilities as our marketing function continues to scale.
Experience We’re Looking For
* Creating, filming, and editing short-form video (Reels/YouTube Shorts and similar formats).
* Designing digital assets (social tiles, EDM graphics, simple motion graphics).
* Publishing content across Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
* Using analytics and reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
* Strong copywriting skills with knowledge of SEO best practice.
* Comfortable filming vox-pops and securing consent from participants.
* Bonus skills: Paid social ad setup and creative variations, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or another ESP), basic HTML for EDMs, motion graphics (After Effects).
