About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Support Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to suppliers, ensuring accurate reconciliation, timely issue resolution, and seamless system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on support to suppliers using our proprietary system, CAPlink.
* Run monthly reports to identify missing data and follow up with suppliers to ensure complete processing.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate supplier details.
* Resolve supplier queries promptly and professionally, aiming for first contact resolution.
* Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
* Evaluate and escalate unresolved matters to the Supplier Services Manager when necessary.
* Monitor supplier sales trends and credit balances to maintain data integrity.
* Analyze member credits to ensure proper entitlement.
* Format CSV files for system processing and manually enter invoices and credits into Epicor as required.
* Support the Operations Coordinator with onboarding new suppliers, terminations, and advertising initiatives.
