The Compliance and Operations Manager will ensure that the organisation complies with all regulatory and operational requirements for the safe service and functioning of its facilities.Your new roleEnsure that all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures are followed by all operational staff.Lead the Compliance and Operations teams to deliver high-quality services and coordinate activities effectively.Educate staff on and implement all relevant audited standards and regulations across the organisation.Oversee responses to audits and enquiries from relevant regulators.Understand and supervise the safe functioning of the site in accordance with the Operations Manual,Uphold a strong culture of accountability aligned with organisational values.They will mentor and oversee the Compliance and Operations Teams, including staff performance and development.
