We are currently seeking a seasoned Human Resources Professional to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures within their portfolio.
This role involves collaborating with managers to provide strategic and operational HRM and ER advice and counsel. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective engagement of employees through clearly communicating and implementing HR initiatives and effectively managing grievances and/or investigations.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, with 7+ years' experience in Human Resource Management. You will also have experience working in a similar role, preferably for a global organization.
Key skills required include relationship management and communication skills, ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate and resolve conflict. Experience in Defence Industry is highly desirable, as is experience with HRIS, Workday.
