We are looking for an experienced Candidate for our Bacchus Marsh Store. The position will suit a motivated individual with Horticulture experience and a strong customer/retail focus and team orientated.
What will you be doing?
* Providing Specialist understanding and Customer Service as well as processing sales
* Knowledge of Horticulture for our Bacchus Marsh Store position is a must
* Providing advice and information on products
* Processing and following up on customer orders
* Answering phone enquiries
* Some manual handling required
* Maintaining a clean and well-presented site and store
This is a permanent full-time position. Our stores trade 7 days a week and shifts are varied between the opening hours of the store and flexibility is important to us.

* Knowledge or previous horticultural / agricultural experience preferred
