**Role Overview**
This role is responsible for leading the PMO, the projects within this portfolio are large scale, enterprise regulatory initiatives. The Portfolio is substantial, the PMO team itself is small, this role would suit a PMO professional who has worked in PMO's of varying sizes and is passionate about process improvement within PMO's. You will have overall accountability for the governance, financials and play a key part in business case development and approval.
- Lead the PMO team and be responsible for project framework
- Program planning, Governance, milestone tracking, risks & issues management, interdependency assessments
- Process support (financial tracking/invoices and vendor engagement)
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Coach and mentor PM's
- Own the monthly Steering Committee process
- Engagement of key stakeholder relationships such as Procurement and Finance
- Ensure all Program / Project artefacts are completed and assist with the reviewing and sign-off process
- Chairing Practice Lead sessions
- Stepping in for delivery on occasion's

**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience leading PMO teams
- Experience on multi-year, high budget regulatory programs
- Banking and Financial services experience essential
- Strategic thinker
- Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving capability
- Process Improvement experience within a PMO
