Overview
We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our leading and award-winning Finance practice group based in Melbourne on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Support Partner Andrew Booth and senior lawyers with administrative tasks
Manage billing processes, including complex client billing requirements
Assist with meeting and event preparations
Coordinate internal and external appointments, including travel and diary management
Support the team's business development activities
Handle a variety of responsibilities and deliverables
Qualifications and Skills
At least 3 years of Legal Assistant experience
Previous billing experience is essential
Proactive with strong attention to detail
Ability to anticipate Partner needs to streamline administrative work
Experience supporting one or more Partners in a busy practice
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Diary management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
