Gough Recruitment are working with a well-established property development and construction company who are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join their team on an immediate basis. The Role
The company is seeking a capable and hands-on Foreman/Structural Foreman to oversee key structural works on the project. You will take ownership of site operations, subcontractor coordination, and safety management, ensuring delivery is on time and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee structural works including post-tensioning, formwork, concrete, and pump & place operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and site resources to meet project milestones
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company safety policies
- Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager and office-based team to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain quality control and resolve site issues promptly
About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman/Structural Foreman on medium-density residential apartment projects
- Strong understanding of post-tensioning, formwork, and concrete works
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site operations effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Available to commence immediately
