Our client is a leading IT channel solutions provider supporting a wide network of partners across Japan. They help partners grow through marketing strategies, campaigns, and enablement programs.
We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to guide partners on marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and track performance to ensure measurable results. You will manage end-to-end marketing activities, including planning, events, and partner enablement, while acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and partners.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* Serve as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.
* Support partners with enablement, training, and marketing guidance to drive business growth.
Campaign & Project Management
* Plan, manage, and execute partner marketing campaigns and events, including webinars, workshops, and field marketing initiatives.
* Prepare marketing briefs, adapt materials for local markets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
* Monitor campaign performance, lead flow, and ROI, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting.
Reporting & Insights
* Compile campaign and partner performance data into clear reports and presentations for internal teams.
* Analyze trends and provide insights to optimize partner engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Your Profile
* Native-level Japanese and professional-level English (written and spoken).
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the Japan IT market in B2B partner marketing, field marketing, or account management.
* Proven experience in executing partner-facing campaigns and events.
* Strong client relationship skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
* Knowledge of online (email marketing, SEO, social media, content syndication, video) and offline (events, print, telemarketing, sponsorship) marketing channels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage both strategic and operational tasks.
* Additional Asian languages (Korean, Mandarin, Hindi) are advantageous.
