We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team based at Yatala, QLD to handle large volume of calls and act as a first point of contact for our new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Provides solutions to customer enquiries and convert inbound sales enquiries and leads into sales
* Effectively manage email and phone enquiries for new, existing and potential customers across all merchant and builder channels
* Professionally handle large volume of email and phone inquiries from new, existing, and potential customers across all communication channels.
* Proactively escalated technical issues or complex queries to the Manager
* Provide robust sales support to the national sales team, including accurate and timely order entry.
* liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
* Assist with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to drive cost savings and enhance service quality, efficiency, and safety.
* Actively create and follow up on quotes and inbound sales inquiries, converting them into successful sales within the appropriate timeframe
About You
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Manufacturing or Construction industries.
* Experience with interpreting hydraulic plans, house plans, and analyzing technical information with accuracy (Training provided).
* Confident communicator with a strong ability to engage directly with both retail and industry customers.
* Self‐motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Quick‐thinking, with the ability to problem‐solve effectively under pressure.
* Attention to detail, paired with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with hands‐on experience using CRM systems.
* Willingness to learn as our range changes and grows, ensuring that our customers are provided every option possible.
