**THE ROLE**
- Deliver an extra pair of hands for the Service Manager
- Communicate with customers to determine their needs
- Taking service booking
- Ordering parts
- Raising job cards
- Invoicing
- Following up with customers
**THE PERSON**
- A strong passion to learn and be in the automotive industry
- Trade-qualified light or heavy vehicle mechanic or mechanically minded individual.
- Organised, motivated and punctual
- Robust computer skills
- Excellent phone manner
