Return to Work Coordinator
$45.23 per hour (incl. super) | Full-Time | Immediate Start
We're seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join a collaborative, supportive team on a full-time, 2-month contract starting ASAP, with potential for the role to go perm!
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting employee wellbeing and managing injury cases to achieve safe and timely return-to-work outcomes. You'll also contribute to promoting a positive workplace culture by delivering health and wellbeing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation cases, including complex and psychological matters.
Support injured or ill employees and their managers through the return-to-work process.
Develop and implement tailored return-to-work strategies in line with legislation.
Build solid relationships with employees, managers, and external providers.
Promote and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work coordination.
Strong understanding of injury management legislation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
