This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio.
* Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication.

Requirements
* Experience in commercial property management is essential.
* A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.
* You should also have a valid driver's licence and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices across retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
* Excellent lease interpretation skills and strong interpersonal and relationship management skills are required.
* Highly organized with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
* Professional presentation and positive team-focused attitude are essential.
