Role : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect
Location : Sydney, NSW
Must have full working rights. No sponsorship available.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall solution design and architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
* Define the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
* Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
* Guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customisation, and integration.
* Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.
* Engage with Microsoft and other third-party vendors as needed for platform support and solution alignment.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
* Deep understanding of MSCRM modules
* Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
* Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows.
* Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
* Familiarity with Agile / DevOps methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
