Program Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our Engineering Futures team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful programs and initiatives that strengthen and diversify the engineering profession.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating business administration activities across multiple programs and projects in dynamic environments. They will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and community groups.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of all Engineering Futures programs and projects.
* Develop and maintain reporting processes that meet stakeholder needs and organisational priorities.
* Collaborate across the business and work closely with the Business Transformation team to manage priorities, timelines, and delivery requirements.
* Build strong working relationships across the organisation to support effective collaboration and deliver outcomes.

* Experience in coordinating business administration activities across multiple programs and projects in dynamic environments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and track progress.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and community groups.
* Skilled in producing clear, audience-appropriate communications and reports, with proficiency across multiple IT systems and platforms.
* Collaborative team player with a track record of delivering results alongside multidisciplinary teams.
