We are currently looking for a Retail Department Manager to join us at our Ballarat Store in a Full Time capacity.
About the role
* Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
* Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
* Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
* Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
About you
* You’ll have previous experience in a leadership role within a retail business (Or similar).
* Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
* Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
* Unwavering commitment to quality customer service; and
* Be a champion for Cashies Values.
