Blair Street Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our dedicated team in Bunbury, Western Australia. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality care and treatment to a diverse range of animal patients, contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of the local community.
Responsibilities
* Examine, diagnose and treat a wide variety of animal patients, including companion animals, livestock and wildlife
* Perform routine and complex medical procedures, such as surgeries, vaccinations and dental work
* Monitor patient progress and administer appropriate treatment and medication
* Maintain detailed and accurate medical records
* Provide compassionate, client-focused care and offer support and guidance to pet owners
* Collaborate with the wider veterinary team to ensure the efficient and seamless running of the clinic
* Keep up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices, treatments and technologies
Qualifications
* Registered Veterinarian with a degree in Veterinary Science
* Must hold current Australian veterinary registration
* Minimum 2-3 years\' experience in a clinical veterinary role
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Commitment to continuing professional development
* Passion for animal welfare and delivering exceptional patient care
