Job Description
You will assist with the following tasks:
* Downloading, compiling, and distributing reports for distribution centre to store performance
* General data entry
* Loading and updating product information to different portals
* Assisting with product activation forms and promotional campaign coordination
* Submitting forms to partners as required
* Managing MDI spend and coordinating activations with teams
* Providing overflow assistance to team members as needed
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience with data entry and reporting or strong admin skills
* Familiarity with supply chain, marketing, or retail processes (an advantage)
* Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking knowledge (an advantage)
* Experience using portals or systems for loading product data
* A willingness to support others when needed
* A positive team player attitude
