Job Title: Client Service Associate
* Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
* Prepare general reports and approve workflows.
* Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.
* Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
* Assist the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups and cancellations.
* General Administration duties and data maintenance.
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.
