Job Title: Client Service Associate



* Manage inbound and outbound phone and email communications efficiently.
* Prepare general reports and approve workflows.
* Investigate billing inquiries and process account corrections.
* Manage dishonoured payments and overdue accounts ensuring timely follow-up actions are completed.
* Assist the brokerage team with mid-term servicing, client follow-ups and cancellations.
* General Administration duties and data maintenance.
* Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and attention to detail. They will be able to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
