As the Service Receptionist of Bunbury Mazda, you will work as a central customer liaison in our service centre. You provide a go–between from the customer to the service and repair departments of the organisation. You ensure customer relationships are developed and maintained through the efficient provision of service.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Responsibilities
* Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair, and discuss vehicle problems and warranty issues with customers.
* Determining customer requirements and assisting in the selection of solutions.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
* Assisting customers with enquiries, bookings and service scheduling over the phone, in person and via email; ensuring drop off and pick up times are agreed to.
* Processing repair orders, invoices and warranty.
* Liaising with customers and service technicians to determine repair and service timelines.
* Arranging loan vehicles for customers.
* Operating knowledge of Units – Auto IT.
No prior automotive service experience is required for this role.
