Blooms The Chemist New Norfolk seeks a 2026 intern to develop clinical, ethical, and business skills in a supportive pharmacy network.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Learn, network, and collaborate with other interns
- Develop confidence in clinical knowledge and counseling skills in the community
- Receive additional written and oral exam practice focusing on practical clinical and ethical scenarios
- Build a personal brand via LinkedIn and engage in a closed intern LinkedIn group
- Develop business ownership skills led by international business leaders
- Learn from successful pharmacy owners within the network
- Meet key pharmacy industry suppliers
- Receive mentorship from AACP-accredited Pharmacists within the Blooms The Chemist Network
- Contribute to better patient outcomes and community health and wellbeing

Compensation & Benefits
- Cumulative financial incentive of AUD30,000 over three years paid by Blooms The Chemist Support Office (terms and conditions apply)
Training & Development
- Comprehensive three-year intern program with exclusive workshops and exam preparation tools
- Monthly engagement via emails and half-day Zoom meetings
- Two face-to-face workshops: at APP and BSO in July
- Mentorship from experienced Blooms The Chemist preceptors and AACP-accredited Pharmacists
