About the Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customized sales strategies tailored to meet customer needs.
* Maintain and nurture strong, professional connections across your designated territory.
* Proactively seek out new business prospects via fieldwork and local knowledge.
* Promote Penrite products at industry events, expos, and regional customer meetings.
* Deliver timely reports on territory performance and gather customer feedback.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 5 years' experience in territorial or regional sales (preferably within the automotive or trade sectors).
* Prior experience working with major oil brands or resellers/distributors of prominent oil and lubricant companies.
* A proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets and expand market share.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of organization, self-motivation, and ability to work independently across a large rural area.
* A valid Australian driver's license and full work rights.
