Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to clients across various environments.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in providing day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.
* Deliver training, induction, and supervision as required.
* Complete quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
* Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
* Complete high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
* 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred).
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
* A vehicle and driver's licence.
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement).
