Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and health conditions, providing practical solutions to promote independence and safety at home. As an experienced Community Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for developing goals and care plans to assist clients to remain at home and active in their local community.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other clinicians in the team to offer holistic care to clients referred. This role also involves working with Allied Health Assistants to undertake client care programs and equipment trials.
The ideal candidate will have experience across home modifications, assistive technology, scooter assessments, wheelchair prescription, and familiarity with funding schemes such as Geat2GO and SWEP. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise through professional development and study leave.
