About the role As the Regional Lead Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) Pharmacy Service, ensuring alignment with SA Pharmacy’s strategic priorities and your Regional Local Health Network’s goals. You will lead a high-performing team (based at both Berri and Murray Bridge), providing orientation, training, education, and supervision to professional and support staff, while delivering patient-focused, high-quality, and cost-effective pharmacy services. This role requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to optimise patient outcomes and ensure compliance with legislative and practice standards. In this senior position, you will contribute to statewide and national forums, influence drug policy, and oversee the supply of goods across multiple sites. You will also support teaching and training programs, fostering professional development for graduates, students, and staff. Applying your extensive knowledge and experience, you will manage departmental resources, implement improved techniques, and provide expert advice across the RMCLHN including aged care facilities.
