The job

We have Part Time and Casual opportunities available.
You'll support participants with a range of abilities to maintain and develop new skills, engage in community activities and build meaningful relationships. No two days are the same – you may find yourself supporting a person to go to the gym, take part in a group bowling activity, learn how to catch the bus, cook a meal or get ready for a job interview. It all depends on what they'd like to achieve.

About you
* Passionate about helping others
* Able to work autonomously
* Able to work with people with varied support needs
* Flexible and able to cope with changing demands
* Able to complete records and reports efficiently
You'll also have or be willing to obtain:
* Working with Children Check
* Valid National Police Clearance of no more than 3-months old
* First Aid certificate must be obtained before starting
And you'll need:
* Appropriate right to work in Australia
* Valid WA driver's licence
* Roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured vehicle that you are willing to use at work (kms will be reimbursed)
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Previous experience supporting people with disabilities
