Deliver high-quality dental services while mentoring teams and supporting remote communities.**| Workplace Location | North West Qld |**About the role****This Permanent Full-time Senior Dentist role combines advanced clinical practice with hands-on leadership across North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS). You will deliver high-quality dental care across fixed and mobile clinics, while mentoring multidisciplinary teams in a remote healthcare setting.*** **Deliver advanced general dental care, including prosthetics, outreach services and treatment under general anaesthetic.*** **Contribute to service planning, quality improvement, accreditation and achievement of key performance targets.*** **Provide culturally safe and responsive care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and diverse communities.****Working with us*** Permanent full-time positions, 76 hrs p/f, Monday to Friday* Base salary ranges between $158,532 and $170,285 p.a (DO2).* 4 weeks annual recreational leave with 17.5% loading when taken.* Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%.* **Rural and Remote incentive -** Zone 3 – 32% allowance of base salary (pro rata for part time employees).* **Accommodation assistance** available as per policy: either 17 months at a Queensland Health facility or 17 months rental subsidy.* **Eligible Mount Isa Residents** may also be able to access discounts starting from 20% off Qantas return fares from Mount Isa to their eligible city.
