Role overview: This position is dedicated to switchboard coverage, handling approximately 70 calls per day. The nature of the calls can be repetitive as callers often fall into three categories:
* Those seeking an evaluation
* Those with property‑related queries
* Those unsure of what they need
Calls route through various lines, and the third line comes directly to this role. The primary responsibility is to troubleshoot, determine which property or location the caller is referring to, and redirect them to the appropriate property manager. Additional tasks include verifying
