Available Roles: Customer Service Officers: Deliver customer service from any frontline touchpoint of the contact center to deliver a positive customer experience City Facility Activation Officers: Preparation and execution of license agreements, facility inspections and inductions and general administrative tasks Local Law Officers: Carry out general and public safety patrols, and permit/registration checks throughout the municipality to identify possible breaches of legislation and to educate the community. Administration Support: Provide vital administrative assistance across various departments, including data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and general office duties. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a Local Council or Government setting. Proficiency in relevant software applications, with experience in Pathway and/or Docusign being highly regarded. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A strong commitment to customer service and ethical practice.
