Key Responsibilities:
* Support sales activities towards achieving business goals, managing time, and productivity effectively
* IDentify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers
* Maintain sales statistics, records of performance, and customer database
* Provide administrative support for tender production and sales related documents
* Handle or escalate customer complaints related to product/service sales
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience within the ICT sector
* Sound knowledge of IT hardware products and services
* Excellent customer/vendor relationship building skills
* Able to interact frequently with various stakeholders and team members
