Pt. Leo Estate is a family run ocean front property set on 330 acres of vineyard, cattle grazing land, and a world class sculpture park located in Bunurong Country on the Mornington Peninsula. Considered one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most exclusive cellar door experiences, our team pride themselves on being able to share the unique stories that centre around the property, the vineyard, and the winemaking skills over many vintages.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has a hands-on approach and an ambition for leadership
A WSET II level of wine knowledge
A love of cool-climate wines and the Mornington Peninsula
A desire to be the best, work with the best and in a high performing team environment
Be career focused and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Service-driven and customer-focused
A friendly attitude and not afraid to ask questions and will be confident in the job you do.

About the Role:
The Pt. Leo Estate Cellar Door operates 7 days a week and there is an expectation that the successful candidate will be willing to work a sustainable mix of weekday, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
This is a full-time, leadership development role
The successful candidate will have demonstrated solid cellar door experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of WSET II qualification
