Implementation Consultant Role
We are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation process of our platform, ensuring seamless integrations and successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple implementation projects, managing timelines, client expectations, and collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery.
* Configure our platform to align with client requirements, integrating POS systems, online ordering platforms, and third-party applications.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with knowledge and tools to effectively utilize our platform.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during the implementation process.
* Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback, contributing to platform enhancements and ensuring a seamless transition of clients to the Customer Success team.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
* Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
* Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
